After we got married we headed back to St. Louis. We had an open house out there on Friday so we left Monday after Cor took his last final. There is nothing better then having to go back to school right after you get married ha ha. My family had never been to a MLB game so of course we had to go to one while we were there. The Cards won the game, yahoo! The trip was so much fun, minus the fact that Donna broke her leg while she was going down a slide, bless her heart. I'm so glad we got to spend time with Cor's family and I'm so thankfun that my parents and brother were able to come out there with us. It was such a fun and relaxing trip.

Wedding Day
Since our wedding day was pretty much the most important day in our lives I decided I should put it on here. Of course there is always something that goes wrong the day of your wedding. The morning of our wedding my Mom, Whit and I went to get our hair done. The girl that was going to do my hair was eight months pregnant and she got really sick the that morning. They called Jade in while Kami and Shelly tried to worked on all three of our hair. It wouldn't have been so bad if I didn't have more hair then all the girls combined there. I'm really surprised that I wasn't freaking out that I wasn't going to be ready in time but I really didn't care. After we were done with our hair Whit and I went home and get a bowl of cereal and watched the hills. I can't imagine a better way to spend the morning of my wedding then that. When we got to the place of of our wedding I was so excited. I looked around and everything looked so pretty. My Aunt Holly went to get my flowers but they thought that our wedding was the next day so none of our flowers were done. Everyone tried to keep it from me but I found out. I just laughed and said that there is always things that go wrong. I just felt bad because I know the owner really well and I knew that she was freaking out. Most of the flowers got done before the wedding. It was such an amazing day. We had so much fun but by the end of the night we were so tired that I thought we were going to end up sleeping there. Marrying your best friend is the best thing in the whole world. I wouldn't change it for anything. He is a better husband that I could have ever asked for.
Family Reunion
Yahoo we finally had a family reunion with my mom's brothers and sisters. It has been so long since we have all been together. Our Uncle Brent is leaving once again to Iraq so the family decided to all get together before he left. Friday night we had dinner and played cards at the Grandparents house and then the next morning we headed up to the cabin at Fishlake. The cabin isn't very big at all so with all the family there it felt even smaller. The kids were running in and out of the cabin so to save us from going insane some of us went out on our boat. It was so nice and peaceful while we were on the lake but once we got back the insanity started again. Most of the craziness wasn't from the kids, it was of course from my Aunt Holly. She made eggs that were filled with confetti and started throwing it at everyone. I'm pretty sure that everyone that was there got at least one egg thrown at them. I think that most of the time Holly acts more like a kid then some of the kids do. She always has something crazy up her sleeve but that's why I love being with her so much. She makes everything so much fun. I'm so glad that the family all got together. We definately don't do it enough. There is nothing better playing cards, goofing around, and being with the family. I love my family so much!
